The Association for Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities(formerly Landmine Survivors Network) is a local Vietnamese non-profit organization working in Quang Binh Province. We aim to improve the quality of life of Persons with Disabilities in lasting ways through economic and social empowerment and access to health care. Our vision is a inclusive and barrier-free society where people with disabilities can fulfill their potential, enjoy equal opportunities, and contribute actively to their communities.

I got traffic accident in 2000 which left me with amputees in both legs. My family put all of its money and effort on my treatment but nothing helped. After 4 months in the hospital, I came home. I was left using two stones to move around at that time.
